Since the doors opened, a few questions keep landing in my inbox. So let me answer them properly. Also, a quick check on who this is actually for.

AfterGrow is built for three kinds of people:

  1. You're already microdosing and you want it to actually go somewhere, not just "feel a bit better" with no real direction

  2. You're planning to start microdosing and you want a system in place to make sure you make the most of it

  3. You've just had a journey (or have one coming up) and you can feel that window still open, but you know from experience it closes fast if you don't do something with it

If any of that is you, what you're really looking for is a daily system with actual accountability. That's the whole reason AfterGrow exists.

Quick bit of backstory. This isn't something I threw together quickly. I've spent years deep in the neuroplasticity research, plus my own experience using psilocybin to actually change long-standing habits, the kind I'd tried to shift for years and never could. AfterGrow is me taking all of that and turning it into the system I wish I had. I use the framework myself, it's not theory I'm asking you to trust blind.

Right, onto the questions people keep asking me:

"Is £100/$130 actually worth it?"

That's your call, but here's how I see it. You need to make a commitment. Anyone can have an intention to change when they feel motivated, but that soon goes if there’s no sacrifice or real commitment behind it.

"I don't have much time. Can I keep up?"

You're not binging this. It's a weekly lesson (up to an hour) plus small daily drops, ten to fifteen minutes, plus one live call a week.

"What if I fall behind?"

Lifetime access to everything, every module, every recording. Life happens, miss a week, miss a call, it's all still there. The only thing that won't wait is the founding price and this cohort's start date.

"Will this actually work?”

Fair question. This is built on real neuroscience around how psilocybin opens a window for change, and a six-step framework that turns that science into something you a daily practice. If you commit and do the work, it will work. If you don’t, it won’t.

"Do you supply the medicine?”

Sorry, wish I could, but that is something you’ll have to arrange yourself.

"Will you be running more programs?”

Yes! This is the first one so I’m sure it will get better and better with time. It will also get more expensive though.

"Is this a microdosing course?”

No. I can offer some advice around dosing and the protocol, but this program isn’t focused on how to microdose. It’s focus is on how to use the window of increased neuroplasticity that microdosing provides to make real, lasting change.

"What kind of changes can I expect?”

It depends what your goals are. Any behaviour or pattern can be changed with commitment and the right tools. I have personally used this system to quit smoking and to overcome my fear of public speaking.

You may want to drink less or quit drinking, smoking, porn, or other numbing habits. You may be dealing with anxiety, negative thought loops, or just feeling stuck and unable to act. Physical stuff too - diet, inflammation, energy, or moving past fear and perfectionism that's been blocking you creatively or personally.
